HalechilabsX is a small product studio. Invoillo started as an internal script that chased our own overdue invoices, because writing the third reminder to a client we liked was the worst hour of every month. It worked, so we made it a product.
The log is the product
A timestamped record of every send and reply is what makes a final notice credible. We treat that history as the asset, not the emails.
Neutral beats nice
Reminders that arrive on a schedule stop being personal. That is what lets you stay friendly with a client while still being paid.
One flat price
No success fee, no per-invoice cut, no surprise line item. $49/mo or $490/yr, and that's the whole bill.
What we believe about late payment
Late payment is almost never a confidence problem. It is a process problem. Invoices go unchased because nobody owns the follow-up, and the follow-up that does happen is inconsistent enough that clients learn your due date is negotiable.
A fixed ladder — friendly at day 3, firmer at day 10, final at day 20, weekly after 30 — removes the decision entirely. You are not choosing to be firm with someone. The sequence simply advances, in your voice, until they pay or you stop it.
We are deliberately small and deliberately reachable. Every subscriber gets a direct line to us and their input goes straight into the roadmap.
