Invoillo is a subscription service operated by HalechilabsX. Creating an account means you accept this policy. We maintain it ourselves and will tell subscribers by email before any material change takes effect.

This page is a plain-English summary of how we operate. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace any separate written agreement you have signed with us.

Invoillo has one plan: $49/mo, or $490/yr billed once a year (the equivalent of $40.83/mo — two months free). There are no other tiers, seats, or usage add-ons.

Each period is paid up front. We email a renewal link before the period ends; paying it extends access by another month or year. Switching between monthly and yearly takes effect at the next renewal.

Prices are in USD and exclusive of any sales tax or VAT, which is calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.

Subscriptions are paid in USDT (TRC20 network) to a wallet we control, verified automatically on-chain — there is no third-party payment processor and we never see or store any card details.

Crypto subscriptions are not auto-charged: we email you a renewal link before each period ends. If it is unpaid by the renewal date, access pauses and your data is retained per section 8 so nothing is lost when you renew.

The USD price is converted to USDT at checkout. On-chain network fees are yours and are not refundable. Underpaid or late transfers may be returned less network fees.

Invoillo sends follow-up emails on your behalf, on a schedule you control, and logs every send and reply. You remain the sender and the creditor.

Invoillo is not a debt collection agency, a law firm, or a credit provider. We do not contact clients by phone, take legal action, report to credit agencies, or guarantee recovery of any amount.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoice details you enter and for having a lawful basis to contact the client email address you provide.

Chase only genuine debts owed to you. Harassment, threats, misleading claims of legal action, and contacting people who do not owe you money are prohibited and are grounds for immediate termination.

You may not use Invoillo to send marketing, or to chase on behalf of a third party without our written agreement.

Cancel any time from Settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are taken. Scheduled chases stop when the subscription ends.

Monthly fees already paid are not refunded pro rata. Yearly plans cancelled within 14 days of the first payment are refunded in full; after 14 days the year runs to its end date.

Your invoices, attachments, client contacts, and chase history belong to you. You can export or delete them at any time, and deletion removes them from our live systems within 30 days.

We use your data to operate the service — sending, scheduling, and drafting messages in your voice. We do not sell it, and we do not use your client contacts for anything other than your own chases.

We work hard to deliver every message, but we cannot guarantee delivery, a client's response, or payment. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
